- random notes from our team that were written during experiments

- information on how to use previously supported services/software that are no longer directly supported

- interesting, secondary things that the team took notes about but doesn't apply broadly, if at all, to self-hosted clouds

- other tidbits and information that can be beneficial in the future but isn't viable for support presently
