Marking closed as the fundamentals work and it's not worth the extra effort to have more readable images (for now)

Closing as it's just easier to use the web ui's for setup and longer term management.

Any automated solution will require 'real work' and may be broken a little too easily in the future.

If this becomes a bigger concern (setting up over a dozen frames in a fleet daily) then we can re-evaluate

Investigate USB boot to avoid micro sd wear outs

Closing as wontfix as usb disks can be problematic with power and the rpi series tends to have power issues.

This will also need an updated firmware/eeprom to be applied ahead of time which makes support more difficult.
