Soak red beans overnightIn big dutch oven cut up a lot of onions and garlicAdd seasoningsOnce the onions are see through add the beans, I like to use faux beef stock
Notes
- The trick is seasoning it throughout and make sure that the pepper burns the back of your mouth and there’s a smokiness in it
