KemoNine's Berry Sauce
Ingredients

2 cups berries1/4 cup honey OR agace nectar1 tbsp corn starch OR 2 tbsp arrow root starch3/4 cup water (divided into 1/2 and 1/4)citrus zest1/2 tbsp citrus juice
Directions

Place berries + 1/2 cup water + sweetener + citrus juice + citrus zest in potBring to boilRemove from heatMix starch into 1/4 cup water to create a slurryAdd starch slurry to mixtureStir gently until sauce has thickened enough to coat back of spoonChill
Notes
- You should be able to use any berry + citrus some recommendations:
- Blueberry + Lemon
- Raspberry + Lime
- You can use 1/2 cup white sugar instead of honey or agave nectar
- This freezes good and keeps awhile in the fridge
