Red Beans, Sausage and Rice Skillet

1/2 pack bratwurst or 8-12oz sausage ; cut into rounds1 bag frozen corn1 can kidney beans ; drained & rinsed1 cup white jasmine rice2 cups veggie broth2 Tbsp chili powder

lightly brown brat/sausageadd corn and cook briefly (take the cold off some)add kidney beans, mixdust spice over topstir to combine / toast spiceadd broth, scrape brown bits off bottom of panstir in ricebring to boil (uncovered)simmer, covered 15-20 mins (what the rice packaging says to do)
