Mushroom Mustard Sauce

1/4oz thyme leaves (to taste)4oz button mushrooms2 cloves garlicchicken stock concentrate4 tablespoons sour cream1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Directions

thinly slice mushroomheat pan on medium heatadd thyme and garlic to pancook until fragrent ; ~30 secondsadd mushroomstoss until browned ; ~5-6 minsadd 1/2 cup water and stock concentrate to the panbring to simmer for 2-3 minutes ; until reduced by halfremove from heatstir in sour cream and mustard
