Mushroom Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4oz thyme leaves (to taste)
  • 4oz button mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chicken stock concentrate
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Directions

  • thinly slice mushroom
  • heat pan on medium heat
  • add thyme and garlic to pan
  • cook until fragrent ; ~30 seconds
  • add mushrooms
  • toss until browned ; ~5-6 mins
  • add 1/2 cup water and stock concentrate to the pan
  • bring to simmer for 2-3 minutes ; until reduced by half
  • remove from heat
  • stir in sour cream and mustard
