Ingredients

  • 1 lbs bison
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp BBQ sauce
  • /2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl
  • Cook for 20 minutes at 400F
