Set to sautee and wait for pan to get warmAdd Olive Oil for browning meatBrown meatSautee garlic with meat briefly once meat is lightly brownedDeglaze panAdd spicesMix well and ensure the spices are mostly even through liquidAdd all veggiesChange to meat/stew setting35 minutes high pressure10 minute natural releaseQuick release restEat
