Riley's Baked Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • penne pasta
  • 1/2 onion, chopped small
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup italian breadcrumbs

Directions

  • add heavy cream & cream cheese to pot and simmer
  • add butter to sauce pan & saute onion + garlic with flour
  • add heavy creame mixture, cheeses and seasonings
  • add pasta
  • add turmeric
  • pour half of pasta into 13x9 and layer with cheese
  • pour rest of pasta on top and add cheese + breadcrumbs
  • spray tpo with cooking oil
  • bake @ 350 for 25 mins
