Spinach Souffle

4 eggs, stirred6 tbsp flour - almost 1/2 cup1 stick margarine2 lbs (32 oz) cream cheese8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)10-20oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed + drained)

mix ingredients well in a large bowltransfer mix to 9x13 inch panBake @ 350F for 1 hour
