## Liquid Xanax Recipe

### Ingredients

- 4 drops [lavender](https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/lavender-essential-oil)
- 4 drops [stress away](https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/stress-away-essential-oil-blend)
- 4 drops [valor](https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/valor-essential-oil-blend)
- 2 drops [Vetiver](https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/vetiver-essential-oil)
  - note: can be 4 drops
- 2 drops [patchouli](https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/patchouli-essential-oil)

### Instructions

1. put essential oils in roller
1. fill w/ favorite carrier oil (grapeseed / coconut oil)
