Get a RTC setup going to avoid jumps in slideshow post-boot

Clock is reset to 1970 on boot and can cause the slideshow to move quickly as it's time based and... the clock is winding forward fast from 1970 via ntp to catch up

May also want to set via ntpdate early in boot (will depend on network)
