Setup to borrow the boot config of wifi that's common for pi zero's and other pi models and adapt it to auto-add a network manager wifi profile

Always automount all non-fstab disks and look for wifi.txt on the root of the disk

Run EVERY boot to facilitate reconfiguration at a later date
