Setup a systemd timer to restart fim slideshow if it's been running for 1 week

This will allow libraries too large to be shown in full during 7 days to be re-shuffled and increase the odds a pic will be shown

This re-randomization will also help to ensure pictures that would have been displayed during 'screen off hours' will also have a chance to show when a user is near the frame
